Great location and more than fantastic views, not easy to find parking and there are high stairs to climb with heavy suitcases. But the view more than makes up for it!

Great location, nice accommodation to live in. The view is magnificent, the kitchen well equipped, overall a very pleasant stay.
The apartment is really beautiful, very central, well equipped and clean, the large terrace with sea view was by far the highlight. Manager Ylenia was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, answering all of our questions. We found only 2 “weak points”: – Parking is not very practical: there is a large parking lot outside the center, about a 10-minute walk away, but in summer it is overcrowded and it is difficult to find space. – You have to keep in mind that garbage collection is very strict and the schedule is really difficult to follow if you are only staying for a week. Nevertheless, it is definitely recommended for a stay in the center of Alghero for small groups or families who wish to enjoy the lively surroundings and incredible sunsets right from the terrace.
The place is amazing, the view from the terrace is incredible! The owner and staff are very friendly, proactive and very helpful for any request. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Alghero.
Comfortable house, view from the terrace splendid, new furniture, small but well-made and new bathrooms, eat-in and full kitchen, comfortable beds. Each room enjoys good privacy. Perfect for a family or group of friends. Pedestrian area, parking on the harbor 400 m away. Stairs a bit narrow and steep, but it is a dated house, excellently renovated
Perfect stay at Karmis house. Very nice and well kept apartment with lots of space and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Cleanliness of the house really excellent, although it was big there was nothing out of place or anything that was not clean and smelled good. Ylenia was a really nice person, also very helpful in giving us advice about the place, as well as being very clear in giving us all the information about the house. Very fair value for money. I highly recommend this accommodation!
