1. What services are included in the rental price?

   Included in the rate you will have free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, bed linen and towels, toilet paper, courtesy kit, hairdryer, detergent for washing machine and dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen.

2. Are there any extra costs to consider?

   The rental price does not include the mandatory tourist tax, which must be paid separately at check-out. Furthermore, parking is not included and, if requested, will incur an additional daily cost.

3. Is it possible to check in early or check out late?

   We try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times based on availability. Please contact us in advance to check this possibility.

4. How do I access the apartment?

   After completing the online check-in, which you will receive a request for by email before your arrival, we will contact you to provide you with all the information you need to access. We use a flexible check-in system, you will collect the keys from a locker located near the house to enter the apartment independently.

5. Is the apartment suitable for families with children?

   Yes, our apartment is suitable for families thanks to the large and well-divided spaces, but there are many stairs to take into account. Upon request we can provide cots or high chairs for small children.

6. Are pets allowed?

   We are very pet friendly and are very welcome, but please confirm this possibility at the time of booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

7. What payment method is accepted?

   We accept cash, credit card, bank transfer and PayPal. All payments must be completed prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed.

8. Is it possible to cancel or modify a reservation?

   We offer flexible cancellation policies, which vary according to the season and the type of rate chosen. You can find the specific conditions during the booking process or in your confirmation email.
